Dust Repellent Efficiency
Crizal A2 repels dust thanks to new i-technology™ adopted from the science of astronomy and fiber optics. With i-technology™, a very thin conductive layer is added to the lens surface. This eliminates any negative electrostatic charge that is normally generated by wiping the lens. As a result, Crizal A2 lenses remain completely transparent and virtually dust free.
Smudge Resistance
The high surface density process, HSD process™, increases the density of hydophobic and oleophobic perfluorosilane molecules on the lens surface.
This means the surface of the new Crizal A2 lens is thoroughly covered. Smudges and water droplets are repelled from the surface and smudge resistance is improved.
- Improved Comfort of Vision: Reduces the intensity of disturbing reflections
- More Cosmetically Appealing: Your patients eyes will be more visible, with reduced reflection
- Easier to Clean: Cleaner, less dusty and less sensitive to smudge
- Scratch Resistant: Less cleaning means lower risk of scratches
